There is a Refundable Security Deposit of 150.00. This deposit does not go towards the balance of the Event Space it is for potential damages. 

There is a fee associated in late arrivals and late departures. This fee is assessed in 15 minute blocks. Each 15 minute late in arrival or late departure will be drafted from the security deposit. 15 minutes = 25.00  

Yes, we do offer various services but outside vendors are welcomed. Renter must coordinate times with said vendors at their own convivence.
